- Assist clients in making sound sustainable decisions
- Support all of our client’s sustainability goals
- Design and integrate holistic green building measures in our projects that encourage energy efficiency, reduced waste, increased water efficiency, healthy occupant environments and sustainable use of materials
- Maintain a high percentage of LEED accredited professionals and remain knowledgeable of industry green building trends
- Provide a copy of our Sustainability Policy to our clients to encourage best green management practices

Strive to achieve paperless document management practices including:
- Utilize electronic formats for file document transfer
- Specify digital submittals, RFI’s and other Construction Administration documents
- Review internal documents electronically
- Paperless project archiving

Incorporate green meeting practices:
- Utilize electronic formats for file document transfer
- Use “Webex”, conference calls, other communication tools and consolidate meeting schedules to reduce negative travel impacts whenever possible
- Encourage the use of projected digital documents instead of paper hand-outs
- Provide refreshments in reusable containers or choose recyclable products
- Use local suppliers
- Encourage use of public transportation and carpooling for meetingss
