Project architects manage multiple projects under the direction and supervision of a project director. Important attributes include: dedication, orientation to client service; excellent people, organizational and oral/written communication skills; proficiency in Revit, ability to lead and/or to work as a member of a team; positive attitude. 1. Service the needs of the client 2. Meet schedules 3. Assess requirements of a project and work with a Project Director to determine scope of work, budget and staffing, develop and review proposals, coordinate all aspects of project document completion, guide a design team through construction documentation process, check for code compliance, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and owners. 4. Work with the Project Director to coordinate internal project staffing needs, track and report internal project budgets, project schedules and project progress. 5. Experience and a working knowledge of Revit as a tool for design, presentation and construction documentation is required.
