Nova Safe Haven

PROJECT DETAILS:
Nova Safe Haven is a part of the Human Services Campus, which helps to shelter and feed the homeless in downtown Phoenix. The main purpose of Nova Safe Haven is to provide personal care services and house on a temporary basis the homeless that suffer from mild forms of mental disability. The building is approximately 13,000 sf and consists of two sleeping areas, each have their own private dayroom and courtyard.

SRP/MIC Interim Office Building

PROJECT DETAILS:
This 28,000 sf municipal administrative building will house multiple agencies for the Salt River Pima / Maricopa Indian Community. The spaces were designed to be flexible and provide transitional square footage for various departments while the complex master plan was being developed. Facilities amenities include: tribal fitness center, classroom spaces for youth after school programs, Community Relations Department, shower/locker facilities and shared rest room facilities.

Clark County Sanitation Advanced Water Treatment Plant

PROJECT DETAILS:
Arrington Watkins Architects completed the interior demolition and remodel of the Clark County Sanitation District (CCSD) Advanced Water Treatment (AWT) Laboratory. The lab's main function is to carefully monitor the levels of waste material being discarded into the Colorado River. Included in this 40,000 sf two-story remodel is a Laboratory with various sampling rooms for testing as well as Administrative/Office space, Public Meeting space, and Staff Kitchen/Lounge.
