Arrington Watkins was contracted by Countrywide Home Loans to design three nearly identical three-story structures. Each structure consists of 180,000 sf of office space. The buildings are located around a central courtyard and are configured to allow convenient visual and physical access to outdoor landscaped spaces for recreation and relaxation.
The project includes a five level parking structure for 1,990 vehicles. The parking structure utilizes similar design elements from the office structures to retain the character of the campus.
