Glendale Municipal Field Operations Complex *

PROJECT DETAILS:
Arrington Watkins was selected to re-evaluate the needs assessment and master plan, produce a current Master Plan and Program, and design the first phase of this project. Phase I involved half-street improvements on Myrtle and Orangewood Avenues; site development of the 44-acre site; 80,000 sf equipment/vehicle maintenance shop; 20,000 sf warehouse and 70,000 sf of tenant improvements.

PROJECT DETAILS:
This project consists of the design and construction of approximately 28,55 sf of programmed space including the development of new offices, shops, employee parking, County vehicle parking, loading dock areas, storage warehouse areas, construction materials and equipment staging yards, maintenance shops, fenced enclosed exterior surface storage areas, site sewer, site water and site electrical.

In the spring of 2007, The Town of Queen Creek contracted with Arrington Watkins Architects, L.L.C. to provide a comprehensive Master Plan document for the planning of their Town of Queen Creek Municipal Corporation Yard.Queen Creek Corporate Yard Master Plan
