Arrington Watkins was contracted to complete the master planning for the new Public Works Operations Center located in Goodyear, Arizona. This new facility will provide services to the following departments: Public Works, Streets, Parks & Recreation, Sanitation, Facilities and Fleet/Equipment Management Departments. Amenities include: offices, public meeting spaces, parking; materials and warehousing; fleet repair and maintenance and fueling stations.

Phoenix, Arizona
PROJECT DETAILS:
The City of Phoenix hired Arrington Watkins to master plan and program the new Water Services Department maintenance facility. Amenities in the master plan include: 24,000 sf of warehouse space; 13,300 sf of equipment and general shop space; 44,000 sf of administrative space, 2 drive-through wash bays and parking for 360 vehicles both Public and large equipment.
