Ak-Chin Community Justice Center

PROJECT DETAILS:
Currently in the design phase, this unique project incorporates tribal courts, police, and detention facilities into one single-story, 54,300 SF structure. The L-shaped building contains distinct spaces for each department, while maintaining one central entrance and lobby. The 15,580 SF courts facility will contain one jury courtroom, one hearing room, a jury deliberation room, and offices for judges, court clerks, attorneys, and probation officers. Additionally, the courts suite includes a public records counter and records storage. Construction on the project is scheduled to begin in summer of 2012.

Northwest Regional Justice Center
LOCATION:
Surprise, Arizona
PROJECT DETAILS:
This project includes the design and construction of the Maricopa County Northwest Consolidate Justice Courts Project. The work consists of approximately 36,000 sf of courts, judicial suites, and administrative space to be delivered through a Design Build Contract. The project is located in the City of Surprise at the corner of Tierra Buena and Statler Blvd. Near the existing County Courthouse.

PROJECT DETAILS:
This design build project was the third project in the court consolidation for Maricopa County. The project includes 44,000 sf of courts, judicial suites, and administrative space.

Southeast Regional Justice Center
LOCATION:
Mesa, Arizona
PROJECT DETAILS:
The project consists of a four-story 235,000 square foot office/courts facility and a stand alone parking structure. The ground floor of the building contains a sheriff's office with an exterior drive-through sallyport and holding cells. Floors two and three are court room floors that also contain holding cells. The parking structure has six levels with a 1,070 car capacity.
