PROJECT DETAILS:
Located at Apache substation is a 28,800 sf property and evidence facility. Special consideration was taken in understanding evidence's chain of custody procedures. There is a secure room for officer evidence processing and turn over which includes report writing stations and pass through lockers. Non-biological and non-environmentally sensitive evidence is stored in the extensive racking system area. Two walk in freezers and a walk in cooler house all biological and environmentally sensitive evidence. Additional spaces include: bulk warehouse storage, exterior vehicles storage, enclosed forensic investigation vehicle bay, destruction area and bicycle storage as well as all staff amenities and offices.

Maricopa County Property & Evidence Operations Facility

PROJECT DETAILS:
This 50,000 sf facility was designed for the storage of all County Evidence, inmate personal property, found property and all biological evidence. Special amenities include, large pallet rack evidence storage, outside storage for flammables, bullet proof reception areas, high security cameras, card access security system and an impound yard.
