Construction
Our approach during construction is to assist the Owner and Contractor in any way feasible to facilitate the timely and quality completion of the construction.
We will provide the more traditional services of:
- attending weekly meetings
- prioritizing submittals
- expediting prioritized submittals
- answering requests for information in a very timely manner
- being available to work to resolve field issues
- analyze value-engineering ideas even as construction is proceeding.
In addition, we will work closely with the contractor in the field to assist them in maintaining the schedule and budget and producing a smooth running, efficient, successful construction project. In short, we become part of the construction team.
