Pre Design
Before we ever lay pencil to drafting paper (or hand on mouse, as it were) Arrington Watkins is often asked to study and establish the needs of the owner, select the site to be used, develop a 10 year plan, establish a conceptual cost of a project, and to assist clients in selling this information to the public, elected officials and their own staffs.
