Growing up, Allison had an interest in art and engineering. Not knowing which path of study to follow she soon realized that architecture was the perfect blend of both. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies from Arizona State University in 2020 and continued at ASU to receive her Master of Architecture degree in 2022. Allison joined Arrington Watkins in early 2025, with experience working on multi-family residential and hospitality projects at a previous firm and is actively working towards becoming a licensed architect. Outside of work Allison enjoys running, painting, and having game nights with her friends.
