Design and construction of a new 14,900SF fire station and site improvements. The new station includes a 5-bay apparatus bay, an admin area with conference room and open offices, firefighters’ living quarters with office space, a fitness room, 6 bedrooms, a kitchen and day room, and various storage support spaces. The site improvements include new concrete and asphalt paving, new landscaping, 6 additional parking spaces, and 1 ADA parking space. This project was awarded LEED Silver.
