Design and construction of a new Public Safety Facility for the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office. The project includes five new buildings totaling 99,000 SF that will serve as the administrative and operational headquarters for the El Dorado Sheriff’s Office. The buildings include a 2-story administrative building, an evidence storage facility, shooting range and armory, and a special operations and training building. The facility meets both the current and future needs of the community. The campus facilitates communication and collaboration between units of the Sheriff’s office. It provides cost-efficient utility systems and has been designed to maximize energy conservation.
