Design and construction services for a new, stand-alone, two-story detention and treatment facility and related site work on approximately 0.25 acres of county-owned land. It is located directly adjacent to the existing justice center. The new MMHF will provide special-use housing for inmates requiring specialized medical and mental health care. The facility will include:

medical and dental clinical services
outpatient mental health treatment programs
staff work areas
laundry services
