Michelle was born in Northampton, MA and grew up in Phoenix, AZ. She’s practically an Arizona native, but hasn’t forgotten her Massachusetts roots. She survived raising 5 children and managed to squeeze in getting her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Information Systems and her Master’s in Business Administration.

Michelle began her journey at Arrington Watkins in 2003 as the administrative bean counter, others may call it a bookkeeper. She currently wears many hats; Chief People Officer, Director of Bean Counting, Wellness Ambassador and the Money Maestro just to name a few. She is now one of our principals and currently oversees accounting and finance, human resources, and office management. Michelle has a passion for living a healthy lifestyle. She founded the company’s Wellness Committee and has been the company advocate for a healthier workforce ever since.
